RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a scientific hybrid therapy that offers unparalleled results; incorporating the most beneficial components of Hypnotherapy, NLP & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to quickly, effectively, and permanently create the change you seek. RTT is designed to access the subconscious mind, the part of our mind that holds the answers to our problems. The subconscious mind holds onto all of your past experiences and beliefs until you can make sense of them. RTT helps you to quickly and easily trace the root cause of your mental or physical issues, patterns, and behaviors. Only then can they be reprogrammed, upgraded, and released.

HERE'S HOW WE'LL WE GET THERE:
We’ll start by getting to know each other and define exactly what you are seeking. Then we’ll use the tools of Rapid Transformational Therapy any Hypnotherapy for uncover and unlock the stories that have been holding you back. Our session will run for 120 minutes and you'll leave with a personalized recording to listen to for 21 days after your session. This recording is the key to change. This will help solidify the changes made during your session. You can think of this process as pulling out the weeds of your garden during your session and watering the freshly planted seeds as you listen to your recording over the following weeks.

How long are sessions?
Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90-120 minutes. For this reason I ask that you block off two hours on your calendar.
What does Hypnosis feel like?
I like to say Hypnosis feels like deep relaxation and ease. Some people may feel a floating sensation, while others may feel sleepy. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like - it’s working. I promise.
Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?
Absolutely not. You're aware the entire time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up to use the bathroom if you have to. If our call gets disconnected you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and open your eyes.
Essentially, you are in and out of hypnosis everyday, while driving a familiar road, watching TV or while scrolling social media.
How does it work?
Hypnosis is not magic, it’s science. It works by accessing your subconscious mind, the part of the mind that's running 95% of the show. We are trained to only think with our logical, conscious mind, but that's not where the programs and beliefs are. Once the subconscious mind is accessed through deep relaxation you're able to give your mind new, more powerful suggestions. This is where the shifts happen.
What if I don’t “go deep” enough?
The depth of trance is not linked to results. No matter how deep you go you will still make the important connections between how you are feeling in your current situation and past beliefs/programming. Please just trust the process and don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?”
What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?
What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. Many clients go back to scenes that are very different than what they had anticipated. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?
If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are NOT reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it. You are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal.
When will I start to see changes?
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy - every person is different:
Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right in the session.
Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
What if I need or want another session?
RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is, it can take up to three. Most clients want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and receive coaching to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors. For these reasons I offer 1-3 month Rapid Transformational private coaching programs.
What is the difference between Hypnotherapy and Coaching?
Hypnotherapy and RTT access your subconscious, non-logical mind, while Coaching accesses your conscious, logical mind. Hypnotherapy and RTT works with the PAST - by finding and eliminating hidden limiting beliefs that are keeping us stuck in ways we aren't completely aware of. Coaching works with the FUTURE - to create new habits, strategies and pathways to step into our ideal self. Using the two together creates harmony between the parts of yourself desiring change.
