give birth to new possibilities within ourselves.”

  • Becoming a Mom

Life is a grand experience in the unknown. For me, pregnancy was THE GRANDEST experience of feeling out of control. And - it was unsettling.

    You may be feeling:

    • Is this baby healthy?
    • Do I have what it takes to be a good mom?
    • Will I ever connect with my partner again?
    • How can I go back to work while I have to care for an infant - What will others say if I do?
    • Will I ever get my body back?

The answer is yes ... if you want to and believe you can.

The human mind is far more powerful than we've been taught to believe. As women, we are able to harness the power of our thoughts to create the pregnancy and birth our babies deserve.

This experience is about getting grounded and confident. It’s about breaking out of the habitual and societal thought pattern that being pregnant has to be a struggle. The words we repeat to ourself that we come to believe become the "hypnosis" we live under.

Through working with me, we’ll quickly shift into a more empowering state by exploring and deconstructing the feelings of lack of confidence, self esteem and self love. I'll teach you self hypnosis for a safe and happy delivery.

“The greatest burden a child must bear is the unlived life of its parents.”
    - Carl Jung

    The Domino Effect

When we reprogramming our limiting beliefs we are preprogramming our baby for greater calm and confidence. Extensive research has been done on the link between negative thoughts, emotions and stress and the effects it has on the unborn child. Soon after conception, a level of consciousness exists in the embryo that stores information to prepare it for it's mothers environment.

    My Story

I felt very much out of control when I was pregnant with my daughter. I spotted throughout the 9 months. My marriage was falling apart. And I didn't have the right resources to be able to shift my perspective. I had heard of hypno-birthing but shrugged it off, thinking that would be a one-time experience and it wouldn't really help me.

I was wrong. Hypnosis would have helped me tremendously. It would have helped calm my mind. It would have helped ground me. It would have started the process of self love. And it could have helped in my pursuit of a natural delivery. But most importantly, it would have given my daughter peace while swimming in my energy.

We pass our neurosis down to our children and I believe this starts in the womb. We pattern ourselves through generational beliefs and we pass this through us onto our children. My mission is to help us wake up to this patterning so we can give our children a better chance at a happy, confident life.
