    Our mission is to address the origin or cause of an epidemic we all face: stress in the workplace.

    Our team offers personalized wellness services to businesses using the tools of mindfulness, meditation, yoga and nutrition. Developing wellness habits and techniques that promote mindful connection to self is a benefit to all.

     

     

    ON-GOING PROGRAMS

     

    MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION

    Mindfulness & Meditation has been scientifically shown to reduce stress, decrease anxiety, decrease pain,

    boost the immune system, and promote positive changes in the brain. On-going classes include a hands

    on experience with mindfulness meditation and take home tools participants can immediately integrate

    into their daily lives. Mindfulness & Meditation classes run for thirty minutes and are recommended for a

    maximum of 25 people. These classes are intended to be revisited weekly.

     

    12 WEEK INDIVIDUAL & GROUP WELLNESS COACHING

    Over the course of 12 weeks a Certified Health Coach will work together with employees in an individual

    or group coaching setting to create healthy lifestyle goals employees want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans. The Certified Health Coach provides guidance, encouragement, holding employees accountable to their word and be open to new nourishing foods, concepts, and exercises to fulfill on the commitments made, finding a healthy balance between work and play, giving gratitude in the relationships in their life, develop a listening to ones body’s wants and needs, and powerfully deal with the stressors in their life. We will provide 6 sessions, precisely 2 per month, over the course of 3 months.

     

    12 WEEK GROUP WEIGHT LOSS COACHING PROGRAM

    Quarterly, Semi-Annual or Annual Find Your Fit Challenges for employees wanting to look better, feel better, increase energy, lose body fat, and improve their health and wellness. Over the course of the 12 week weight loss and wellness coaching program employees learn the key elements to permanent weight loss. Discussion includes eating an anti-inflammatory, low glycemic index diet, incorporating enjoyable exercise, and changing self perception through journaling.

     

    YOGA

    The ease and convenience for employees to have on-site yoga provides participants the tools they need to

    lead healthy, active lifestyles. Engaging classes and instructors that inspire good health and fitness inside and

    out, reaching individuals of different interests and levels. Chair, Vinyasa (flow),and gentle yoga are all options

    offered for on-going classes. Our yoga classes run for 30-45 minutes and are recommended for a maximum

    of 25 people. These classes are intended to be taken regularly: bi-weekly or weekly.

     

     

    WORKSHOPS

     

    The workshops are one hour in length and may be presented at multiple times to allow for the varying

    schedules of your employees. A small group format of 25 to 30 participants is recommended per workshop session. A variety of topics are available for discussion under each modality. Our workshops encourage participants to engage in discussion and interact with other attendees through various exercises and

    brainstorming. Participants also receive valuable handouts and giveaways to take with them, furthering their

    knowledge after the workshop.

     

    MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION

    This program is designed to help employees understand how stress impacts the body while orienting participants in new ways to modulate stress through a growing awareness of how to be more present and therefore less reactive in life. Stress is often associated with the messages we tell ourselves about inadequate ways to deal with conflict and its associated stress. The program seeks to teach participants ways to stay more centered by introducing relaxation and stress management skills such as deep breathing, quieting the mind, progressive muscle relaxation, and the skills of meditation. The class teaches beginners and advanced students the art of meditation.

     

    NUTRITION

    Nutrition workshops educate employees to implement better nutrition and life choices that create health, produce a more efficient day, and reduced stress in the work environment. Topics include: Conquering Sugar Cravings, Healthy Eating at Work, 10 Simple Lifestyle Changes to Boost Health & Vitality, and more.

     

    YOGA

    Physical activity is the key to feeling more energy and motivation. Yoga workshops provide employees the

    opportunity to try various forms of yoga; including vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga and chair yoga.

     

    Workshops reach individuals of all different levels and interests.

    Restorative Yoga -

    Taking a yoga class with Leah has been life altering. Who knew how truly transforming a class could be? Leah is a natural teacher who provides a tranquil space that allows all students to be present and focused. She facilitates her class with warmth and professionalism. Leah creates a collective community and then makes time to confer with each student individually. She has the ability to scaffold her class so every yoga practitioner can enter at the level that represents their own need. Her instruction is thoughtful. Leah demonstrates a technique, explains the significance, and then connects the technique to address our own ability to undo the oppressive way our body reacts to the physical and emotional pressures of our lives. Once you leave the studio, Leah’s instruction stays with you as you find yourself incorporating a technique into your daily life.
